So we went to hyjal for our last boss on the way to Archimonde.
After a couple of wipes we adjusted our strategy to keep Thrall alive (npc as enrage timer, who would have thought of that) and we succeeded.
Quick screenie and it was time to go to the big guy, fight looks interesting
