Post subject: | Halaster, Level 80 Priest. |
Hi all, It has been a while since I actually wrote an application to a guild, so I might be out of time with how the information is given, but hopefully it will give you a major view on my in-game character and "career". So to start with, I am applying as a shadow priest, with standard DPS build, which would be 20/0/51. There are no problems going healing for the raiding actually, but the reason I would rather be shadow is that I have been a tank on my warrior and a healer with my priest for equally about one year and a half, therefore, in all fairness I would love to try out the different side of it. Can't say I do not enjoy healing though. Priest at the moment is geared up in fairly best equipment possible for a caster DPS up to deep Naxxramas/ The Eye, with few improvements lacking, which I have not been lucky getting my hands on. Will not go into details, because gives better information and in more constructive way I guess. About the career. I have played World of Warcraft since Korean beta (that is where I got hooked up on), continuously jumping to European beta and finally retailed version. My priest has 92 days played. I have the experiene in Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Ahn'Quiraji, Karazhan, Gruul, Zul'aman, Serpentshrine, Tempest Keep as of playing it and I always tried to keep up with the content, even if I couldn't reach it myself (as in reading and understanding fight mechanics, tactics). I like the aspect of fights, where you have to think and do research on it, etc.. As well I am familiar theoretically with all the fights in Naxxramas, Sunwell Plateu. Never was lucky with guilds though, my first guild in which I started playing disbanded early in Blackwing Lair days and from that point I never could get into a proper raiding guild (mostly due to friendship, which kept me in a lot of guilds, even if it meant just logging in and doing one UBRS run per week). In TBC, I have tried to get a grip on serious raiding by running one guild with my friends, then joining Awakening (which was a huge disaster to expectations held) and soon after I burned out, because doing heroics, which do not give any sense of progress is a dreadful experience, when you want something huge. What can I offer to Crab People? I can offer a player, which will be there any raid there is, player ready to give it all out for the kill and a player who will not give up even if it's 4 am and the boss keeps despawning or something else. I will always be ready with consumables and other needed things. I have 100 emblems of heroism farmed for if Blizzard adds some new gear as well. Why would I like to join Crab People? Mostly because you are the guild which can give me what I want from World of Wracraft - steady group of people with the aim to beat the content given, without stepping back. Additional information: - Age: 20; - Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; - Occupation: student + logistics coordinator for UPS (I can deliver!); - Use of English: written and spoken without problems; - Use of Ventrilo/Teamspeak + microphone: can listen and talk; - Alternative characters: Worrfen, level 70 warrior, 102 days played; If I any information has slipped out, I'll gladly provide it. Thank you for attention. |
